New templates that target specific small business verticals are set to be released on an ongoing basis.
With BotBot, small businesses are able to build their own custom bot in a matter of minutes, simply by chatting with BotBot. This frictionless experience allows the business owner to create a fully functioning bot using relevant APIs to instantly add value for customers.
As the experience designer on the project, I worked on the user journey, from selecting the template to deployment. This included writing and building the conversations for each bot using Reply.ai.
